The exhibit Creative Codex: Books as Art in the Walter Havighurst Special Collections was designed and curated by Ashley Jones with the help of Carly Sentieri. On display in King Library, room 321, at Miami University, it is open to the public Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm until December 11, 2015.
On Thursday, October 22, 2015, a special reception will be held in King Library, room 320 (next door to the exhibit). The reception will include a tour of the exhibit as well as a short lecture by local artist Diane Stemper, who is featured in the exhibit.
In addition to the books on display, the exhibit also includes a video of a 3D image of one of the books, Crucial Perimeter 1 by Islam Aly, seen below (please note some browsers may not support the video).
